1. MEMBERSHIP: I understand that membership in the National Open University Muslim Staff Halal Cooperative Society Limited (NMSHCS) is subject to approval by the Board of Directors.

2. FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS: I agree to pay all required fees, contributions, and deductions as determined by the Society. This includes but is not limited to registration fees, share capital, and monthly contributions.

3. COMPLIANCE: I agree to comply with all bye-laws, rules, and regulations of the Society as they exist now or may be amended in the future.

4. SHARIAH COMPLIANCE: I understand that all financial products and services offered by the Society are Shariah-compliant and agree to abide by Islamic financial principles.

5. INFORMATION ACCURACY: I declare that all information provided in this application is true, complete, and accurate to the best of my knowledge.

6. DATA PROTECTION: I consent to the collection, processing, and storage of my personal data for the purposes of membership management and Society operations.

7. WITHDRAWAL: I understand that withdrawal from membership must be done in accordance with the Society's bye-laws and may be subject to certain conditions.

8. DISPUTES: I agree that any disputes arising from my membership shall be resolved through the Society's internal dispute resolution mechanisms.
